Easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had two visits at North House Hoddesdon - Dental & Aesthetic Clinic and I can honestly say the experience has been amazing. The clinic is very clean, the staff are lovely and helpful, and everything feels extremely professional from start to finish.

I came in with a tooth that had been causing me pain for months. It had previously been filled by another dentist, but the discomfort never went away. Dr. Ram carefully examined it and explained everything in detail with the help of a 3D scan, which was very impressive and informative.

On my first visit, he placed a temporary filling to see if the nerve could be saved, as I had been advised elsewhere that a root canal might be needed. I was nervous about the injection, but to my surprise, I didn’t even feel it. The treatment was done so smoothly, and within two days I was finally able to eat on my right side again after seven long months of pain.

At my second visit, Dr. Ram confirmed that the nerve was healthy and a root canal wasn’t needed. He completed the final filling with great care and precision. I’ve had no pain since, and I feel relieved to have the problem fully resolved.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ram and this practice to anyone looking for top-quality dental care and peace of mind. They really do a proper job, and I’m very grateful for the outcome.

Definitely worth the 5 star rating ✨ From the minute I arrived (feeling quite nervous due to not visiting/being registered to a dentist in YEARS) I was greeted so warm and welcoming by the lovely lady on reception.

I came for a hygiene/cleaning appt with Poonam Ram and I genuinely could not fault her for her amazing knowledge, work and reassurance throughout my appointment - also how gentle the clean was - I didn’t need any breaks at all and was so relaxed in the hands of both you and the lovely nurse working alongside you.

Overall such a friendly environment and you feel in such good hands whilst being there, Will be returning for a check up next month! :)

I have recently had a course of gum treatment at North House Hoddesdon - Dental & Aesthetic Clinic. Dr. Ram was very kind and patient with me, as I was nervous about the procedure. He carried out the treatment skilfully and I am pleased to say it was successful. I would recommend this practice highly and Dr. Ram in particular.

I chose to have my Invisalign treatment at North House with Mrs Ram. After looking at a few options. I felt that the level of customer service / patient care would be higher here than I might get elsewhere, and I am very pleased with my decision! Mrs Ram is very friendly, professional and informative as we went through the Invisalign journey - and I’m really pleased with the results. I have also had the diamond clean with Mr Ram, again a great service. The receptionists and all the team add to the experience with their friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone at North House Hoddesdon - Dental & Aesthetic Clinic is amazing. From the Dr’s, to the dental nurses and reception staff, they are all a delight and I look forward to seeing them every time I go. Mrs. Ram carries out my skin appointments and has completely turned my acne prone skin around. With the help of her treatments and the at home products she specifically recommends for me, my skin is the clearest it’s ever been and I have her to thank! Mr. Ram takes care of my teeth and I come away gleaming every time.
Between the two of them they give me all the confidence I could need in my skin and my smile.
They all could not be more accommodating to fit an appointment in for me around my work schedule and I’m super grateful for all that they do!

I originally visited Dr. Ram in April 2023 for a consultation after visiting a few other dental practices nearby and I can honestly say, I chose him because I genuinely felt he cared about me as opposed to just my wallet. I knew I would be in good hands…
Through every visit, Dr. Ram and the team at North Dental have been superb. You always were taken care of and they were always there to alleviate any concerns. Things were never rushed and they always were happy to give me plenty of time before making any important decisions.
13 months later, friends/family including myself could not believe the MASSIVE changes my teeth have gone through. (please see attached before and after pictures).

Highly rate Dr Ram & his team - I’ve visited twice over the last 6 months and have had their Diamond Clean on both occasions. Amazing treatment and definitely worth the money!

Dr Ram is very thorough in explaining the treatment, his findings, how to improve your mouth/teeth health and despite sitting in the chair on the 1st visit for around 45 minutes, I was not in pain once and found my visits very stress free!
