We were established more than fifty years ago and are still leading the way! Our ever-growing patient numbers are testimony of our commitment to excellent customer service. WHAT HAPPENS IN NEW PATIENT CONSULTATION?

It is important and reassuring for you to know that the first appointment is a Consultation. No treatment takes place on this day and you are never pressured into having treatment on the day unless you request this and it is possible for the Dentist to carry out. Rest assured it is just a Consultation and an Introduction to our Practice and lovely Team.

You are warmly greeted by our lovely reception staff Anna or Marise after booking your appointment online, via email or on the phone. We check that all your forms have been completed.

After enjoying your hot or cold beverage in the cosy and comfortable waiting area, you will join the Dentist Mr or Mrs Ram in the surgery.

3.

Thereafter you will have a thorough Dental Consultation which includes examination of your jaw, teeth, gums and soft tissues. X-rays and clinical photographs are taken, after which the Dentist will discuss all findings with you. All options are discussed in detail so that you are able to make a fully informed choice including discussion of fees and time scales, risks and benefits. Payment plans can also be discussed at this stage.

You will always have the opportunity to ask questions about your planned treatment, we will never rush you as we firmly believe in listening to our clients and making you feel as comfortable as we can.

5.

The final step will involve a customised treatment plan which the Dentist will put together for you while you relax in the waiting area with a drink or a magazine.

6.

You will then be asked to book your next appointments and will receive a copy of your treatment plan. You will receive email and text message reminders of all appointments booked so you don't have to remember them!
